How long will my order take?
We aim to turnaround most orders within 3-5 working days and then post via Royal Mail 2nd class. However, if we need to order accessories or other items, it may take longer but we will keep you informed throughout.
Do you do any other colours?
All available colours are listed on our website
Do you offer any other scents?
We try and update our scents regularly. If you would like a different scent for a candle, please get in touch and we will try and source it for you.
Do you offer refunds?
We can only offer a refund if your item is damaged in transit or there is a problem with what you ordered, but as our items are made to order, it is not possible to refund if you change your mind.
Can I change my mind?
Once you have ordered, you may change your mind or cancel your order within the first 48 hours, however, after that point we will have started making your order so changes are not possible.
Can you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes we are happy to help if you have a large order or would like to place a wholesale order, please get in touch.
If I need an order urgently, can I get it any sooner?

How do I order a refill?
For refills, it is better to send us a message with the vessel’s volume so we can work out a price for you.
How will my order be shipped?
We currently use Royal Mail for our shipping and can provide tracking information.
We aim to keep you updated as far as possible on dispatch times and our current turnaround times for orders as this may vary during busy periods.
